What is the Group Mentoring Forum?
The Group Mentoring Forum is an excellent alternative for those on a limited time or dollar budget. You gain the benefit of Larry’s personal coaching along with the collective wisdom of an informal advisory board of like-minded peers. Each Group Mentoring Forum is limited to 10 people to ensure that all participants are able to contribute.
What does group coaching include?
- One Group Mentoring Forum telesession per month (90 minutes)
- One private coaching session per month (60 minutes)
What do we discuss in the Group Mentoring Forum?
Larry Julian has combined the best of all three books into a group coaching process that allows both personal and business growth. Group Mentoring Forum participants attend their monthly session via 90 minute teleconference. The first third of each teleconference is facilitated by Larry, who introduces the monthly case study and provides teaching, insight, and practical strategies on the topic presented by the case study. The next third of the Forum is dedicated to group discussion. It’s during this time that participants discuss the case study and offer their additional insights and related experiences. The remaining time is available to any and all participants – individuals have the opportunity to share and receive feedback on specific issues and situations.
The monthly case study will be the issue, circumstance, or business challenge faced by one Group Mentoring Forum participant. Each participant will have their personal case study discussed at least one time during the year. In addition, Larry may select topics which he discerns are of importance to a majority of participants.
What do we discuss in my private coaching session?
This is your time. Each month, Larry will provide you with up to one hour of personal coaching time customized to address the needs of your situation, whether you desire Life Coaching, Business Coaching, or a blend of the two. Generally, Life Coaching focuses on growing your leadership while Business Coaching focuses on growing your business.
